Hi, I'm Bryan Diaz

Bryan Diaz Padilla is a technology professional and entrepreneur with more than a decade of leadership experience gained in the United States Navy. Over nearly 12 years, he built a strong foundation in team leadership, operational discipline, and technical instruction, ultimately serving as an instructor who trained and mentored personnel in high-performance environments.

 

Transitioning into Information Technology, Bryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in IT from Full Sail University and advanced to a Systems Administrator role, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and system hardening in accordance with DISA STIG compliance standards. His work focused on securing enterprise environments, ensuring operational integrity, and maintaining strict cybersecurity protocols.

 

Building on his military and technical experience, Bryan is completing a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship while actively developing Diaz Tech Solutions (DTS). The company focuses on delivering structured low-voltage and networking solutions tailored to Puerto Rico’s unique infrastructure challenges—particularly concrete construction that limits wireless performance.

 

Through DTS, Bryan designs and installs structured cabling systems, access point networks, and connectivity solutions, including Starlink deployments, to provide reliable, high-performance internet access in underserved areas. His approach emphasizes pre-construction planning, future-ready network infrastructure, and cost-effective solutions that eliminate the need for expensive retrofits.

 

Driven by a mission to modernize connectivity across Puerto Rico by bridging the gap between construction and technology, Bryan is open to collaborating with builders, developers, and organizations seeking to integrate scalable, resilient networking solutions into their projects.
